About Us...

We are a group of Christians who meet together in Flint, North Wales. We come from a variety of backgrounds and from all walks of life, but we all share the same faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We place great emphasis on the clear proclamation of God's Word, both in our worship services and in our Bible study classes. We desire to explore the rich truths and doctrines found within the Bible so that those who hear might understand and apply the Word to their lives. We hope that your time in God's Word with us will be helpful.

As a congregation, we seek to be a New Testament Church in both our belief and practice. We desire to grow in Christ-likeness and practical godliness.
We believe the world about us needs to know Jesus Christ and His saving power. Therefore we seek to provide a faithful witness to the truths of the Gospel both at home and around the globe through mission work.
If we can assist you or explain more about the way of faith and the Christian life to you, it would be our privilege.

As well as our Sunday services, we run a Sunday School for primary aged children, Wednesday Club for children aged 5-11 and a Young People's meeting on Friday nights for teens. On Tuesday mornings, we have a thriving the 'Mothers and Toddlers' group. At all of our meetings we share the good news about the Lord Jesus, who has changed our lives. We're a small, friendly church, and we're sure you will find a warm welcome with us.  We hope you'll be able to join us.

The church is committed to the Evangelical and Reformed faith and its Confession and Constitution have been drawn up on this basis. The doctrinal and governmental principles contained in the Confession and Constitution are derived from The Westminster Confession of Faith (1647),The Baptist Confession of Faith (1689), The Confession of Faith of the Welsh Calvinistic Methodists (1823).

 We see our role in the community as:
  • preaching the Word;
  • loving the people;
  • praying for revival;
  • equipping the church;
  • promoting family worship and religion.

We know that the problems of today can't be solved by Man. We believe that the only hope for the world is in the spiritual regeneration of souls by God through Jesus Christ.  We fervently pray for God-sent revival in our lives, our church, our town and our land.
